Reporting on accounting and operations data
Dashboards that pull figures out of the accounting system and the tools around it, so the people who need them stop asking for a spreadsheet.
We build dashboards on the data Xero, QuickBooks Online, Shopify and your CRM already hold, refreshed on their own, so nobody exports a spreadsheet on Monday morning. Fixed scope, quoted in writing, built inside your own accounts.
Email usIllustrative. Every company, client and figure in this window is made up. Switch views, change the period, and point at the charts.
Nothing new to type into. The dashboard reads the systems you already run, on a schedule, and puts the figures you check most on one page.
A dashboard looks; it doesn't post. It connects with its own access, and you can switch that off from inside Xero or QuickBooks at any time.
What counts as revenue, which accounts make up costs, when an invoice is overdue. Agreed with you before anything is drawn, so the screen and your accountant mean the same thing.
A private web page for the people you choose, or inside a reporting tool you already use. Phone-sized when it needs to be.
Dashboards are the visible end. Most of the work is the plumbing underneath: getting records out of one system and into another in the right shape. Five builds, described without client names.

A receipt is photographed or an invoice forwarded. It is read, filed in the client's own drive, and posted as a bill with the original attached.
Lender reports in their own formats are brought into one shape and paired with the broker's deal records. Clean matches pair off; anything odd goes on a short exceptions list for a person.
About two months of work across several integrations. Orders flow from the shop into the books and the stock system; quantities on hand flow back, so the shop stops selling what the warehouse no longer has.
Operations lived in Airtable and invoicing in Xero, with someone retyping between them. Airtable records now become Xero contacts and invoices on their own.
MCP is the open standard AI assistants use to reach other software. We build MCP servers around your ledger, CRM, database or files, so Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot can look things up in them, and do what you allow.
You decide which tools can write. Anything that touches money lands as a draft or waits for approval. Each person gets their own access, and every call is logged.
Off-the-shelf servers cover one product. Ours follow the way your business works, and are handed over with documentation like everything else we build.
Illustrative. The tool names are examples; yours are named for your business.
The shapes that come up most often. Each one is scoped and quoted in writing before work starts. If yours isn't here, bring it anyway: most of our work started that way.
Small builds, written down, handed over. No platform to buy. Yours when it is done.
A short written brief: which figures, from which systems, defined how, refreshed when. Fixed scope, agreed before anything is built.
Built inside your accounts, on your credentials. You see a working draft early, with your own numbers in it.
Documentation you can read, monitoring that tells you when a source stops, and no lock-in. It's your system.
The things people usually have to ask on a call. Answered here instead.
If a build depends on one of these, we say so before scoping.
South Africa. We work in US, UK and Canadian hours, over email first. You will always know who is doing the work.
1-Dash is the international front door for Qelo, an integration and automation firm. The scoping, the build and the hand-over are Qelo's.
Tell us the tools you run and the figures you want on one screen. A couple of lines is enough. We reply from Qelo with questions, not a pitch.
